Bistro 36 is currently seeking an experienced, polished server to join our front-of-house team. We are a locally owned, French-inspired neighborhood bistro located near Downtown Littleton, and we are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in hospitality and knows how to provide attentive, professional service.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate has strong serving experience, preferably in fine dining, upscale casual, or another elevated full-service restaurant environment. You should be comfortable providing knowledgeable, personable service while managing multiple tables efficiently.
Wine, cocktail, and food knowledge is necessary. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, team-oriented, and understands that great hospitality comes from anticipating a guest's needs—not simply taking an order.
AVAILABILITY
Applicants should have strong availability, including:
• Monday–Thursday evenings
• Friday–Sunday lunch and dinner availability
• Weekend availability is important
• Immediate availability preferred
This position may include a combination of evening, lunch, brunch, and weekend shifts depending on business needs and your availability.
TIP POOLING
Bistro 36 operates with a team-based tip pooling structure. All servers and bartenders working each shift participate in the tip pool.
Tips earned during the shift are pooled and shared among the participating servers and bartenders, after applicable tip-outs to supporting front-of-house team members such as food runners, hosts, and bussers. Our service model is HIGHLY team-oriented, and we expect servers and bartenders to work together to provide a consistently strong guest experience throughout the entire restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous full-service restaurant serving experience
• Fine dining or upscale serving experience strongly preferred
• Strong food, wine, cocktail, and hospitality knowledge
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a team-focused environment
• Ability to maintain polished service during busy periods
• Must be willing to complete a working interview before an official job offer is extended
