Hiring a plumbing apprentice. Small company, you'll work full time one on one with a master plumber. We do residential and commercial plumbing and heating, gas piping, new construction and remodels. No emergency/on call hours, no mandatory weekend hours/overtime unless you want to make more money. Pay is $25 per hour to start, bi-annual raises up to $50 her hour and beyond.
