We're looking for reliable, motivated, and responsible individuals to supervise promotional sign holding for a local retailer's upcoming sales event in Brockton, Massachusetts!
🚨 SUPERVISOR MUST BRING A SECOND SIGN WALKER! 🚨
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
Supervisor: $125 per day
Second Sign Walker: $65 per day
Combined Pay: $190 per day
Weekly direct deposit every Thursday
1099 Independent Contractor positions
📅 FIRST WEEK SCHEDULE.
NOVEMBER 11–15, 2026
Wednesday: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM (May start one hour earlier)
Thursday: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM (May change to 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM)
REGULAR WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
10:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedules may vary. Occasional weekday shifts may be required.
🔨 MANDATORY SIGN BUILD – NOVEMBER 10
Supervisor must assemble the promotional signage on Tuesday, November 10.
All required building supplies are paid for by the company.
Sign assembly instructions will be provided.
Signage must be ready for the November 11 start date.
📸 SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST BRING A SECOND SIGN WALKER TO EVERY SHIFT.
Download and use the Timestamp Camera App.
Take timestamped clock-in photos of both workers.
Take timestamped clock-out photos of both workers.
Complete the daily Walker Tracking Form and obtain required signatures.
Submit daily photos and paperwork to the Area Manager.
Ensure signs are properly displayed and maintained.
Ensure both workers arrive on time and complete their assigned shifts.
Maintain communication with management.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
MUST BRING A SECOND SIGN WALKER.
Reliable transportation.
Working smartphone with mobile data.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Dependable and punctual.
Available for the November 10 sign build.
Valid state-issued ID or driver's license and Social Security card for onboarding.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED!
