Big South Site Services is looking for an experienced Grading Foreman to join our growing team!
We’re looking for a motivated leader with experience in commercial site development who can lead a crew, manage daily operations, and ensure quality work on every job.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in grading and commercial site development
- Ability to lead and manage a grading crew
- Ability to operate and manage the operation of all aspects of grading equipment
- Knowledge of site preparation, grading techniques, and construction plans
- Ability to read plans and understand elevations
- GPS experience is **not required but is a plus**
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
