This door was $400 from Cowls and our contractor (or us) accidentally bought it to swing in the wrong direction. So, to fix it, it was easier to just buy a new door. That left us with this extra door. This door is solid wood and we really like the wood grain look to it. If it works for your home, you'll get it at a major discount.

Dimensions of Door: 78 x 28
Dimensions of frame 80.5 x 29.5

Important: This door swings open with the hinges on the left (and the doorknob on the right) (called "left hand door").

Other note: This door was previously hung for a few days before we realized the error (but no doorknob was ever attached and we didn't use it).

Final Note: The second picture (with doorknob) is a different door that matches the one we are selling so you can see how it opens and the hinges etc.
