This pool house cottage is located on a 1+ acre lot that is fully fenced, secluded and has lots of large shade trees & greenery. The pool house is located behind the main house and is poolside. The cottage is lofted for added space and has its own bathroom with shower. The unit is equipped with AC, fridge, microwave, air fryer toaster oven and 2-burner stove top. Large windows and two sliding doors filter in plenty of natural light and a breeze. The pool side slider opens onto a small private deck/patio that leads you to the pool area. The unit has assigned parking inside the gated property. Single occupant only. There are large dogs on property, so you must love dogs.

Utilities included for flat rate: water/sewer/gas/electric/trash. The flat rate for utilities will be billed with rent and be due monthly. $700/mo for single occupant. WiFi will be a separate charge and is shared among all occupants.
