This is a large loft divided into two sides. You would have your own side and sliding glass door leading out to your own private porch area. The deal includes full house privileges.
THE HOME
There is a 1x a week easy house chore and a 1x per month easy bin pull chore. There's street parking. However, you can see your car from the house and there's always 100% guaranteed close parking space. The restroom is shared. However, it's always available and clean. There are house rules about washing the tub out after every single use and no dishes left in the sink or on the stove. One must pick up and clean after themselves, especially in the common areas. If this is something you can appreciate, this is the perfect home for you.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The closest landmarks to the home are the uHaul at 1805 Massachusetts Ave, Lemon Grove, CA 91945 and the Massachusetts Ave Trolley Station off of the Orange Line. Both are within 2 blocks to the house. There's also store a block away from the house. Berry & Keiler are the closest parks. Grocery stores, supermarkets, gas stations, the post office and businesses are nearby. The neighborhood is right at the borderline where San Diego and Lemon Grove meet. It's east of Encanto, west of La Mesa, south of College Grove and north of Spring Valley. The neighborhood is very safe and it's also diverse.
VIEWING THE HOUSE
I'd be more than happy to show you the house if you're interested. While it's good for a November 2026 move-in, you could move in this month if you'd like. Those that answer the 4 questions below and that leave a phone number will get the quickest reply. However, I will review and reply to all messaging. I don't pass out the address. Please don't message me and ask for it. I don't disclose anything about the household to callers and I don't distribute pics of the interior. Aside of my name, please don't ask me any personal questions either. The viewing is only for the applicant. I don't want to give group tours. So if you are interested, only the potential applicant is welcome to be on the lot. You can leave your driver, friend or loved one parking or at the trolley. If you complete an application and then want to bring someone to also see the house, then bring them. This is all for privacy and security. However, before you sign anything, I'd be happy to disclose details that are reasonable and fair for you to know in order to make your decision. On the day we meet, I'm going to ask you to go to the uHaul or the Massachusetts Ave Trolley station and then I'll coach you to the house from there. This is for the masses of people on the internet scouring ads for contact information or for those that pop up unannounced. This is also for security, privacy and peace. You will have plenty of that when you move in.

There is a non-refundable $35 application fee (will credit toward move-in)
bad/low/no credit, no problem. There is no fee required at all, to see the house.
