We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced DSPs to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Level 6 Adult Residential Homes.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance.
Support individuals with challenging behaviors, including aggression and self-injury.
Use approved behavioral support and de-escalation techniques.
Assist with medications, activities, and community outings.
Complete daily documentation and maintain a safe, clean home.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
Must pass background checks and required health screenings.
DSP-I, or DSP-II certification preferred.
Must communicate effectively in English.
Available Shifts:
2 PM – 10 PM
10 PM – 9 AM
Full-time and part-time positions
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Locations:
San Diego, El Cajon, La Mesa, Lakeside, and Lemon Grove.
