We are a high-volume, fast-paced barbecue restaurant in Birmingham. We believe our kitchen team drives our success, which is why our kitchen receives a 40% share of the restaurant's tip pool. Our cooks and dishwashers consistently bring home $18 to $22 per hour.
What We Are Looking For:
Cooks: Experience with high-volume food prep, knife skills, or a passion for real southern BBQ. Must be comfortable working around pits and high-heat kitchen lines.
Dishwashers: Reliable individuals to keep our heavy-duty kitchen running smoothly. Hard workers who take pride in a clean workspace.
