We are looking for a reliable Property Inspection/Representative to complete a property inspection and light cleaning to a fully furnished apartment in Lead, South Dakota - October 23, 2026.
Task Responsibilities:
- Perform light cleaning as needed to make sure the unit is presentable.
- Test and confirm all provided access items (from property)
- Please confirm what access items are provided
- Door Code- Will be provided as soon as received
- Complete our Arrival Inspection Checklist (link will be provided).
- Take a curb-to-unit video — no speaking during the video.
- Take a full unit walkthrough video — no speaking during the video.
- Upload and send both videos via a Google link.
- Confirm the internet access is working
Requirements:
- Must have a smartphone with reliable internet/data.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and completing digital checklists.
- Able to take clear photos and videos.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive.
- Must be able to follow instructions carefully.
- Must be AVAILABLE TOMORROW - October 23, 2026
- Willing to do Basic Background check
