Position Type: Part-Time | Day & Evening Shifts
Schedule: 6am - 2pm; 4:30pm - 8pm
Up to 5 shifts per week
Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hour
Position Overview
The Full Routine (TFR) is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Studio Cleaning Crew. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming studio environment for our clients and team.
We are hiring for both daytime and evening shifts, typically staffed by one individual per shift.
Responsibilities include daily studio cleaning, resetting spaces, and periodic deep cleaning as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Cleaning & Sanitization: Clean and disinfect studio floors, mats, weights, equipment, high-touch surfaces, and shared spaces.
- Floor & Mirror Care: Vacuum, dry mop, wet mop, and clean mirrors throughout the studio.
- Restrooms & Supplies: Clean and sanitize restrooms, empty trash, and replenish paper products, soap, and other consumables.
- Studio Reset: Maintain organized and tidy workout spaces, lobby areas, and reception spaces.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform additional detailed cleaning tasks as assigned or needed.
- Maintenance Awareness: Identify and report any facility maintenance, damage, or repair needs to management.
Qualifications Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies or equipment (up to 40 lbs).
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or fitness studio cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Availability for assigned daytime and/or evening shifts, including after studio hours.
Compensation Schedule
- Starting pay of $17.50 per hour.
- Part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
- Up to 5 shifts per week, based on studio needs and availability.
- Daytime and evening shift opportunities available.
- Training and cleaning supplies provided by TFR.
