This townhome is located minutes from the 405, 10 minutes to Manhattan Beach, Redondo, and Hermosa (you can literally smell the ocean!) with Costco, Trader Joes and every other store you need within a 5 minute radius. Torrance and Hawthorne can be reached in 10 minutes and get this: LAX is only 15 minutes away (it's amazing).
Room can include a desk ready for you at no extra charge. Beefy portable AC unit included. Washer and dryer in the home. Parking included and you can make use of storage space in the garage. The townhome also has a lovely small landscaped backyard with firepit and grill!
Flexible lease terms! We would prefer someone about 3 months minimum but are open to chatting.
You will be sharing the townhome with only one other roommate (mid 30s F who works in events, has an adorable 15 lb fluffy pup and is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet). This is a calm home, but of course you'd be welcome to have board game and dinner nights (it'll be your place too!).
Pets - No breed or size restrictions but will require an additional agreement and deposit. Must be dog friendly.
LGBTQ+ friendly, open to couples as well (we will just need to tinker with terms).
