Big Mikes Pizza is hiring. Looking to add a few experienced pizza makers and a few who want to learn the craft. We hand stretch/toss each dough. We build each pizza on a wood pizza peal and slide directly on the stone deck to crisp up the crust. Weake our dough, grate our cheese and make our sauce from scratch. Apply is person. You may be asked to spin a pie during your interview.
We are also adding saute cooks and other foh staff. Ask for Eric, Alyssa or Mike.
