I am a disabled man with an extra room to rent out I am willing to rent cheap if you can help me with household chores I can take care of myself I just can’t walk or stand for too long I’m not asking for a 24/7 maid you can come and go as you please I’m open to negotiation on rent I prefer a woman 30 or older my kids come visit from time to time
