The rent is $1200 per month including everything but internet. If you want to negotiate, that’s fine. We can do days or weeks.
We are moving to New York State in October. And the rent is until November 4th. It’s a studio. Left for you. You can ask me leave a mattress for you to sleep on. Everything else may be gone. And you also need to help us return keys to the leasing office on or before the last day. Thank you. Photo upon request.
