We are seeking an experienced Sit Down Forklift Operator for second shift for a warehouse in North Las Vegas. Candidates must have current or recent hands on experience operating a sit down forklift in a warehouse environment.
Job Duties:
• Safely operate a sit down forklift to move, load, unload, and product merchandise.
• Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
• Transport pallets and materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Stack and organize products securely to prevent damage.
• Pull orders and prepare shipments, including palletizing and stretch wrapping.
• Verify product quantities and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
Requirements:
• Current or recent experience operating a sit down forklift.
• Ability to maneuver safely around warehouse personnel, racks, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safe material handling practices.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a team.
• Willingness to assist with warehouse tasks when not operating the forklift.
