Looking for drummer, basist, whatever else (Las Vegas)

I'm a 21 year old singer/guitarist in Vegas with an immense passion for music and writing, and am looking to start a band. I want to create something with a dark and esoteric sound, maybe even a bit experimental. I am open to any input, ideas, and suggestions from any who decide to reach out. I want this to be collaborative, not me dominating and controlling the creative aspects of this band.
My end goal is to start gigging with a reliable group of dedicated artists and see where that goes.
I have 7 years experience, though I am not an unbelievably incredible guitarist or singer by any means. I am not so critical of anyone who isn't as experienced, and welcome those who are.
