We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager / Head of Operations to take full ownership of our daily operations. This is not a desk-only corporate position. You will be on the ground leading a tight-knit field crew of 5–6 team members, driving dispatch efficiency, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining high standards for service and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Crew & Route Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and hold accountable a field crew of 5–6 drivers and route technicians. Conduct daily morning check-ins and end-of-day debriefs.
Dispatch & Fleet Routing: Master dynamic scheduling and dispatch software to map out daily drop-offs, swaps, pickups, and service routes across our dumpster, fencing, and portable restroom divisions.
Hands-On Field Support: Actively jump in to assist when challenges arise—whether staging inventory in the yard, coordinating emergency swaps, or troubleshooting equipment in the field.
Customer Service & Client Communication: Serve as a direct point of contact for commercial accounts, contractors, and event organizers, handling requests and escalations swiftly.
Billing & Administrative Accuracy: Ensure driver logs, delivery tickets, dump fees, and job completions are accurately tracked for billing and job costing.
Fleet & Equipment Readiness: Oversee basic yard staging, equipment turnarounds, and preventive fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
After-Hours & Operational Availability: Act as the primary operational escalation point for urgent morning route issues, after-hours emergencies, or weekend event logistics.
Compensation & Perks
Target Total Earnings: $85,000+ per year (Start Base salary structured with achievable milestone and performance-based incentives).
Direct Impact: Work directly alongside ownership with real autonomy to streamline systems, shape company processes, and scale operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Industry Experience: Direct operational experience in the roll-off dumpster, waste hauling, portable sanitation, commercial construction logistics, or heavy truck/fleet transport industries.
Leadership Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience directly managing small teams of drivers, mechanics, or field technicians.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable with dispatching, CRM, and routing platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to software quickly.
Strong Work Ethic & Physical Capability: Willingness to be outdoors in the Las Vegas climate and assist with physical yard/field tasks as needed.
Availability: Flexibility for early morning route starts, on-call operational escalations, and weekend coordination when necessary.
Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record (CDL is a plus, but not required).
