Oversee daily operations of a multifamily residential community
Supervise, train, and support on-site team members
Maintain positive resident relationships and address concerns professionally
Oversee leasing activities, occupancy goals, and resident retention
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the community is well-maintained
Minimum 1 year of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing REQUIRED
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
