Element Cabinet Design is looking for an experienced Cabinet Service Technician to join our team.
This position is responsible for completing cabinet service and warranty work in new construction homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot issues in the field, and understands that the final details matter. Must have your own vehicle and a clean driving record.
What You’ll Do
Complete cabinet service, repairs, and adjustments in new construction homes
Adjust doors, drawers, hinges, and hardware
Install and replace cabinet doors, drawer fronts, trim, fillers, moldings, and other cabinet components
Perform minor cabinet touch-ups and repairs
Diagnose cabinet issues and determine what parts or repairs are needed
Complete homeowner and builder service appointments
Communicate missing parts, damages, or additional work needed to the Field Manager
Document completed work and service issues using an iPad
Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
Provide professional and respectful service when working around homeowners, builders, and other trades
What We’re Looking For
Cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or cabinet service experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to troubleshoot and make cabinet adjustments and repairs
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and able to manage a daily service schedule
Good communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry cabinet parts and materials
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience
