### Twenty Two Taphouse – Langley, BC
Twenty Two Taphouse is looking for a **reliable, organized, and hardworking Prep Cook** to join our kitchen team!

### Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements
* Wash, peel, chop, slice, portion, and prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients
* Prepare and portion food items for daily service
* Follow recipes, portion standards, and food preparation procedures
* Label, date, store, and rotate prepared ingredients properly
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area
* Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
* Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
* Monitor prep levels and communicate when items need to be prepared
* Assist line cooks and other kitchen staff during busy service
* Complete daily cleaning and other kitchen duties as required
### What We're Looking For
* Previous prep cook or kitchen experience is an asset
* Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
* FoodSafe certification is an asset
* Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is an asset
