As the first person our guests meet, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love meeting new people, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude
* Manage reservations and waitlists
* Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections
* Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
* Maintain a clean and organized host stand
* Assist with light cleaning and support the front-of-house team as needed
* Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
What We're Looking For
* Positive, outgoing personality
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to stay calm during busy service periods
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
* Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
