The application fee is $50.00 per adult (18+). Our screening process includes a review of credit, criminal, rental, and employment history. Please note that the monthly income requirement is at least 2.25 times the monthly rent.

- Three months of proof of income (e.g., paystubs, bank statements, or award letters)
Holding Fee
A $100.00 holding fee, payable via money order or cashier’s check, is required to secure a unit. This fee will be applied to your security deposit upon approval or returned if your application is not approved. You may deliver this to our Leasing Office:
