Brand new BalanceFrom Heavy Duty Adjustable Weight Bench (model HFAD-B1BLK — the "Regular" size), still sealed in the box. The backrest adjusts to upright, incline, decline and flat positions on a ladder-style adjustment rail, so one bench covers bench press, dumbbell work, shoulder press and decline sit-ups. Heavy-duty steel frame rated to 800 lbs, with thick padded black vinyl seat and backrest with red trim, and foam leg rollers at the front to lock your legs in for decline work — and it folds up for storage when you're done. Multiple available, every one brand new in a sealed box with the manual, warranty card and all hardware (BalanceFrom even includes an extra bag of hardware). Covered by BalanceFrom's 2-year warranty. Bench only — weights and barbell not included.

What's included:
• BalanceFrom adjustable weight bench (HFAD-B1BLK, Regular)
• Foam leg rollers / leg hold-down
• Assembly hardware + extra hardware bag
• Installation manual
• Warranty card (2-year BalanceFrom warranty)

Perfect for:
• Home gyms and garage gyms — folds up to store away
• Bench press, incline press and dumbbell workouts
• Decline sit-ups and core work with the leg rollers
• Beginners through advanced lifters — 800 lb capacity
