1862 TOWER - $1 (Lake Oswego)

In about 1955 my grandfather gave me this. He said that he found it in an attic of a house that he had bought. This was back in central Illinois. Since then, it has moved from one attic to another attic to another attic, etc.

I do not know what it is worth, if anything, so I thought that I would put it out-there and see if there are any offers.
