We are hiring dependable General Laborers for a busy cement supply facility at the Port of Lake Charles. If you're reliable, can handle physically demanding work, and already have your TWIC card, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
$17.00/hour
Weekly Pay
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with overtime available
Facility operates 3:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Typical 8-hour shifts include:
3:00 AM - 11:00 AM (or 12:00 PM)
7:00 AM (or 8:00 AM) - 4:00 PM
Some weekend work may be required
Job Duties:
Load, unload, and move heavy cement materials and related products
Assist with material handling and general labor tasks throughout the facility
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work alongside the operations team to keep materials moving efficiently
Use basic hand tools as needed
Follow all safety procedures and site policies
Requirements:
Valid TWIC Card (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Forklift Experience (Preferred)
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy cement products throughout the shift
Construction, industrial, or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to pass an onsite drug screen
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
