We are looking for MONEY-MOTIVATED, EXPERIENCED SALES CLOSERS who are hungry for success and ready to earn serious money!
If you have experience in the Home Warranty industry, strong communication skills, and know how to close deals, we want to hear from you.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. We are looking for driven individuals who are competitive, consistent, and motivated to maximize their earnings.
πΌ Job Responsibilities
-Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls
-Overcome objections and confidently close deals
-Build customer relationships and communicate effectively
-Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
-Maintain strong product knowledge
-Meet and exceed sales performance goals
β Requirements
-Home Warranty sales experience strongly preferred
-Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
-Excellent attendance and reliability
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
-Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
-Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS, but not required
π΅ Compensation & Benefits
-Base pay OR commission β whichever is higher
-Paid EVERY FRIDAY
-High earning potential: $10,000β$20,000 per month for top performers
Full-Time Position β 40 hours per week
MondayβFriday | 8:00 AMβ5:00 PM or 7:00AM - 4:00 PM
Weekends optional
