Work includes:
Composition shingle tear-offs and installs
Tile: new installs and lift & relays
Torch-down / modified bitumen low-slope
Residential and light commercial
What you need:
Active California C-39 license
Workers’ comp coverage (required for all C-39s)
Your own crew and tools
Proven roofing experience, with photos to back it up
Reliability: show up when scheduled, finish on time, leave it clean
Labor-only sub pricing under a written subcontract
