We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team! This is a year-round, part-time position for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching children and thrives in a positive, professional, team-oriented environment.
Schedule — Firm Commitment Required
Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Total: 13 hours and 20 minutes per week
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Part-Time, Year-Round
Applicants MUST be available and willing to commit to ALL FOUR DAYS and the ENTIRE scheduled shift each day. We do NOT offer partial days, shortened shifts, or modified schedules. This schedule is firm and non-negotiable.
Please do not apply if you cannot consistently fulfill the complete weekly schedule. We are looking for a long-term team member, not someone seeking temporary or seasonal employment.
Required Qualifications:
1. Must confidently demonstrate all four competitive swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience teaching swim lessons.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable teaching children and communicating professionally with parents.
6. Reliable, responsible, punctual, and committed to the schedule.
7. Positive, mature, professional, and a strong team player.
Work Environment:
Our pool is indoors from November through March.
Pool water temperature is maintained at 90–92°F.

We maintain a respectful, professional, and drama-free workplace. Reliability, accountability, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
We expect our instructors to arrive on time, honor their commitments, work cooperatively with teammates, and communicate respectfully with children, parents, and coworkers.
Frequent cancellations, inconsistent attendance, unprofessional behavior, and poor communication are not acceptable.
