Looking for an experienced, detail-oriented painter for touch-up work throughout an occupied home.
The family is living in the house, so the most important requirement is that you work extremely cleanly, carefully, and methodically — one room at a time.
Work includes:
Interior paint touch-ups
Clean cut-in and finish painting
Caulking
Minor/spot plaster and drywall repairs
Matching and blending existing finishes
Careful protection of floors, furniture, cabinets, and finished surfaces
Complete cleanup as each room is finished
This is not a production painting job. I need someone who is very experienced with finished homes and knows how to make small repairs and touch-ups disappear without creating a mess.
You must have significant painting experience and be able to work independently, neatly, and carefully.
EXPERIENCED ALUMINUM FASCIA INSTALLER NEEDED
Looking for someone with specific experience installing aluminum fascia on residential homes.
You must already know how to measure, cut, bend, fit, fasten, and finish aluminum fascia correctly and cleanly.
Requirements:
Prior aluminum fascia installation experience
Own appropriate tools, including metal cutting and bending tools
Able to make clean corners, joints, returns, and transitions
Comfortable working from ladders/scaffolding as required
Careful around finished roofing, stucco, trim, windows, and painted surfaces
Must work neatly and leave a professional finished appearance
This is not a training job. I need someone who has done aluminum fascia before and can show up with the proper tools and complete the work correctly.
