Your Space:
* Private Garden-Level Suite: You'll have your own bedroom and private 3/4 bath on the garden level: 500+ sq ft all to yourself, with ample cabinet space and two closets. After entering through the front door, you can head straight downstairs to your own space without walking through shared areas. It feels like your own little retreat!
* Flexible Furnishing: A full bed and mini fridge are available if you’d like, or I will leave it fully unfurnished for you to bring your own setup: plenty of room for a couch, desk, TV, or whatever makes it feel like home (photos of current setup here).
* Laundry: The only time I come down to the lower level is for laundry, and I'll always check-in with you and work around your schedule.
* Parking/Storage: Plenty of space right in front of the home for parking and garage access for extra storage.
Shared Space:
* Kitchen, Living, & Dining Rooms: We will share the main level which includes a guest bathroom. The space is bright and sunny, with lots of natural light and plants!
* Backyard: An easily accessible patio with a heater, mature trees perfect for hammocking, a vegetable garden, an apple tree, and a cold plunge you're welcome to use!
Logistics:
* Availability: September 21st or whenever after when you would like to move in :)

* Pets: Unfortunately no dogs or cats as I'm allergic
