**Base Pay: $18–$22 per hour + Tip Pool**
**Estimated Additional Tips: $3–$7 per hour**
**Potential Total Earnings: $21–$29 per hour**
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced **Line Cook** to join our growing kitchen team at Chef Paulie's Kitchen inside Western Flyer Brewing.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume service.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
- Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and the Executive Chef.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to execute multiple orders during high-volume service.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- California Food Handler Card required.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- **Base Pay:** $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
- **Tip Pool:** Estimated additional $3–$7 per hour, depending on tip distribution, hours worked, and business volume.
