1953 MG TD. Chassis # TD23328, Engine # 23486. Very Solid matching numbers original survivor. No rust, no body damage. The wood is all quite solid, no sag to the doors when open. The car was off the road for a few years until I purchased it 2 years ago. The brakes were rebuilt with new wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake hoses and master cylinder. It has a new generator and new tires. All the gauges are original and all work. It has a top but no side curtains. The paint is not original but is the original color. All the bright work is quite good. I have the hubcaps and some other accessories.
The car starts right up and runs well; I’ve put about 200 miles on it mostly locally here in Lafayette including the Sunday Le Pit Club Cars and Coffee show and I will be there with the car tomorrow Sunday the 20th. ON Mt. Diablo Blvd across the street from the Lafayette Police Station.
