Eastern Construction Supplies Inc. (ECS Cabinetry) is a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet and Countertop supplier located in City of Industry.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position involving warehouse operations, inventory, customer order preparation, loading and unloading, forklift/order picker operation, and general warehouse support.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, as scheduled
Occasional overtime may be available as needed.

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
• Pay increases based on skills, experience, responsibilities, and performance
• Performance bonus opportunities

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Safely operate forklift / order picker
• Load and unload cabinets, countertops, and other materials
• Receive shipments and verify incoming inventory
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Assist customers with loading orders
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Lift and move materials weighing 30+ lbs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse and merchandising tasks
• Be willing to work at other company warehouse locations when needed
• Opportunity to learn and assist with CNC and other cabinet production equipment as needed — training will be provided
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Forklift / warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to perform physical warehouse work and lift 30+ lbs
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Operar montacargas / order picker de manera segura
• Cargar y descargar gabinetes, encimeras y otros materiales
• Recibir mercancía y verificar el inventario entrante
• Preparar correctamente los pedidos de los clientes
• Ayudar a los clientes a cargar sus pedidos
• Organizar y mantener el inventario del almacén
• Levantar y mover materiales de más de 30 libras
• Mantener el almacén limpio, seguro y organizado
• Ayudar con tareas generales del almacén y mercancía
• Estar dispuesto a trabajar en otras ubicaciones de almacén de la compañía cuando sea necesario
• Oportunidad de aprender y ayudar con máquinas CNC y otros equipos de producción de gabinetes según sea necesario — se proporcionará capacitación
• Realizar otras tareas de almacén según sea necesario

REQUISITOS

• Se requiere una licencia de conducir válida de California y un historial de manejo aceptable
• Ser responsable y puntual

• Se prefiere experiencia con montacargas o trabajo de almacén
• Poder realizar trabajo físico de almacén y levantar más de 30 libras
• Poder trabajar eficientemente en un ambiente de ritmo rápido
