safe driving habits, defensive driving skills, and genuine confidence behind the
wheel. We pride ourselves on patient, supportive instruction and a close-knit, team-oriented culture.
We are expanding our team throughout Buena Park, Cerritos, and the neighboring Orange County and South LA communities.
No prior driving instructor license? No problem! We provide full training and guide you step-by-step through preparing for the California DMV instructor license test.
What You’ll Do
Teach new drivers behind-the-wheel safety, local rules of the road, and defensive driving techniques
in a calm, structured manner.
Guide students from behind the dual-control passenger seat in company-provided training vehicles.
Provide a patient, encouraging, and positive environment to help students overcome driving anxiety.
Maintain basic lesson tracking and student progress notes.

What You’re Looking For / Requirements
Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
Personality: A calm, friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Ideal Background: A great fit for recent college grads, former fitness employees, coaches, military veterans, and mentors looking for rewarding work
Languages: Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a strong plus!
