CASE Services USA is hiring an **Unarmed Security Guard** for our new client, **Sportsman Bar in La Mirada, CA**.
**Schedule:**
Friday & Saturday
**9:00 PM – 2:00 AM**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
• Maintain security at the front door and monitor guests entering and exiting
• Help enforce the establishment’s entry rules and policies
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the bar and billiards area
• Monitor guest activity and watch for potential issues
• Assist with crowd control when needed
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
• Communicate concerns to bar management
• Document incidents when necessary
• Help maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
**Requirements:**
• Valid California Guard Card
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Comfortable working in a bar/nightlife environment
• Reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Previous bar, nightclub, or event security experience preferred
