Hi, I have been working on residential and commercial projects for 30 years. Able to do what ever that is need. I have multiple construction trades at journeyman level. If you need someone that can do qualified work to your satisfaction or manage your construction project. I'm the one to do it. I will be closely working along side or doing the job professionally by my self. Your private property or a commercial property. I have competitive prices because I do part of superintending and laborn, no over head. "I Can activate My General Contractors license for large jobs" Or if you need perits to start a big project.

Willing to work multiple projects for you. Any large or small. I will give you an estimate and do the job. I have a long history of finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical and any and all remodeling jobs. I have built fences, installed water heaters. I can give you a low estimate for installing a HVAC unit. I have a crew to do that.
I can work on anything someone had failed to do right for you. I worked on punch list for Real Estate properties and commercial properties.
