Subletting our spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the Lake Murray side of La mesa - (Across from Costco)

Move in on August 1st. (move in as early as July 27)

Second floor. Pet friendly, in-unit dishwasher. 650 square feet.
Very cozy and spacious. Will also consider leaving the couch and kitchen table.

Complex has pool and laundry near apartment.

Sublease is up in March, but you will be able to re-new as the new tenant.

No move-in deposit, but I believe the property manager wants at least 1 person with decent credit.

This is a great apartment for a couple, with or without dog(s) and/or a young child. The complex is very child friendly.

Rent is $2040 per month.

We have had a great experience living here for 5 years. There are some negative reviews of the complex that we think are unfair.

We are happy to host visits this week.
