Nainsook Framing + Art, a family-owned custom picture framing business, is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Design Consultant to join our team.
This position combines customer service, inventory management, and custom frame design. You’ll be the welcoming face of our shop—helping clients create beautiful, personalized framing solutions while also assisting with checkouts, pickups, and day-to-day organization.
Schedule: Approximately 22 hours per week
Saturdays: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Mondays: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
One additional weekday: Wednesday or Thursday
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves working with people and providing excellent customer service
Has an eye for design and enjoys helping clients make creative decisions
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Is comfortable with Word, Excel, and email
Can manage inventory intake and keep things organized
Enjoys working in a small, family-owned business where personal service matters
About the position:
You’ll help customers select frames, mats, and other design elements for their artwork and treasured pieces. You’ll also handle inventory intake, customer checkouts and pickups, and other front-desk responsibilities.
