Banbu Sushi is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our restaurant team.

🍽️ DISHWASHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment • Keep dishes and service items clean and properly stocked throughout service • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly • Assist with keeping the kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and organized • Remove trash and maintain appropriate sanitation standards • Restock clean dishes, utensils, and other items as needed • Assist kitchen and restaurant staff during busy service periods • Communicate with team members regarding dish and equipment needs • Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service • Follow all restaurant sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures • Complete opening, service, and closing responsibilities • Take initiative and help wherever needed to support the team

• Dependability and punctuality • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry dishes, kitchen equipment, and supplies as needed • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness • Ability to follow direction and established procedures • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Willingness to help other team members when needed • Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled • Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required

💰 COMPENSATION
$18.00 PER HOUR
Part-time to start. Additional hours may become available based on business needs and scheduling availability.
