Send me your PDF plans and tell me the trade or scope you need taken off. I can turn clearly defined construction drawings into an organized quantity takeoff with an Excel spreadsheet and marked-up plans showing where the measurements and counts came from.
$350 24-Hour Package includes:
• One clearly defined trade or limited scope
• Up to 10 relevant takeoff sheets, subject to complexity
• Approximately 25–30 quantity/count items
• Areas, lengths and counts taken directly from the plans
• Organized Excel quantity takeoff
• QC-checked marked-up PDF plans
• Drawing/sheet references
• Assumptions and exclusions clearly identified
• Anything that cannot be reliably determined from the drawings clearly flagged rather than guessed
• 24-hour turnaround

Larger or more complex projects: Custom pricing is available for larger plan sets, multiple trades, whole-project takeoffs, difficult scans, complex renovations, or scopes beyond the $350 package limits.

This is a construction quantity takeoff service. Construction pricing/estimating, final bid preparation, engineering, code certification, product selection and procurement are not included.
