👋 About Me:
Hello, my name is Leonardo Olmedo, a California Credentialed High School Math Teacher and Community College Math Instructor. I am the proud owner of Math Man Olmedo Tutoring Center, where we have been helping students excel since 2014. I am a dedicated math educator with a Master’s in Education, a Master’s in Applied Mathematics, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics. Beginning the 2026-27 school year, i will be teaching Math at Crecenta Valley High School in the Foothill Communities. From 2017 -2026, I taught high school and community college math in Riverside County, working with students from diverse academic backgrounds. With over a decade of tutoring and teaching experience, I have helped countless students build confidence and mastery in math. I have worked in public schools, charter schools, community colleges, and tutoring centers, providing personalized instruction in Algebra, Geometry, Integrated Math, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics, as well as SAT, ACT, and AP Math prep. As the founder of Math Man Olmedo Tutoring Center, I am committed to making math accessible, engaging, and effective. I foster a growth mindset, help students overcome math anxiety, and encourages critical thinking through creative problem-solving. Beyond teaching, i enjoy snowboarding, video games, and family time. My passion for education continues to inspire students to reach their full potential.
