Outside of the utility room is a small patio with a table and 4 chairs and flowering plants. Access to the ADU is through a ramp for wheelchair entry. Plenty of parking is on the street where the tenant can find easy parking any time of the day or night. No laundry facilities. Tenant is not allowed to bring any additional furniture because it is already full.
