Duties as Below: only apply if you can do below duties :
- 10-20 hours per month.
- This is long term position
- Looking for an individual who is trustworthy and dependable, and will strictly enforce
the guidelines of our storage facilities' lease agreement. - Perform security checks/walk-throughs 2-3 times per week per facility
- Clean vacant units
- Prepare Thank You Bags with New Lock
- Minor Repairs
- Auction Preparation
- Apply overlocks once per month
- Cut locks as needed
- Send weekly report to management
- Maintain constant and clear communication with management
- Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations
- Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
- MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
- TRUCK PREFERRED
- Must have a mobile phone
- Must be proficient with texting
- Great job for retiree and/or veteran or handyman
This is 1099 job , must have some type of llc that we can pay on .
