This is a beautiful Vintage Norcrest 25th Anniversary Scalloped Edge China Plate. The silver trim and the silver 25th Anniversary offset the bells and the flowers perfectly. The intricate cut out (reticulated) edge sets this plate apart from others. It displays so nicely on the wall or on a plate holder. The intimate details do not show up in the pictures. This plate is hand painted. It is in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. Norcrest P39 is stamped on back of plate. Smoke free home
