Practically brand new cart, 2 wheels lock and swivel, has hooks on 1 side to hang a hose, extension cord, small ladder, 4’ level, etc. This cart has been in my garage out of the weather since I bought it new and put it together. I no longer use or need this one. Very versatile cart. Asking $50 OBO
