2002 ExMark Laser Z HP Zero Turn Commercial Mower used on 5 Acre Residential Lot. Mower came with the home and so it only has had 2 residential owners. Model # LHP4821KA. It was purchased new by the first owner and he left it for me. Approximately less than 600 hours on new engine and approximately around 975 hours on unit overall. 48" Steel Deck. Engine is a 2013 Briggs and Stratton 25 HP V Twin - DBSXS.7242VA, Has been maintained and cuts well, however there is a short in one of the wires that can trip the breaker if it hits a bump after and acre or two. Someone with experience should be able to repair this...Mower Features Safety Roll Bar. Tires are in good condition too. This mower has served me well.
