The main job responsibility is to perform wall repairs, paint touch ups, and full paint for residential homes to get them move-in or market-ready.
Additional tasks include various residential repairs: drywall patches, minor flooring, fencing, painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a residential painter, apartment make ready experience is a plus!
Skills: Mainly paint, sheetrock repairs, use of paint sprayers, additional skills related to home remodeling are highly desired.
Requirements: Clean driving record, basic personal hand tools, and authorization to work in the US.
