Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team at Arby's in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our standards of quality and service. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Hours: Minimum 30 hours to 40 hours
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with Arby’s values.
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Proven supervising or management experience (6 months to one year) in a food service or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Good communication skills.
