What We’re Looking For
Valid Class A CDL
Dump truck or heavy truck driving experience preferred
Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
Dependable, responsible, and punctual
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Takes pride in maintaining equipment and keeping it job-ready
Good communication and professional attitude
Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who looks for ways to get the job done efficiently and contribute to the success of the operation
